GUIDELINES FOR PLACING NEWPORT ONLINE ORDERS

1) Go to Newport’s website: www.newport.com
2) When the product of choice is found enter quantity and click on “Add To Cart”
3) Please enter your e-mail address
3a)  If you are placing an online order for the first time please fill in “Your Account Information”, “Bill-to Address” and “Ship-to Address”.
3b)  If you already have an account you will be directed to the shopping cart directly
4)  To add more products to your cart please click on Continue Shopping 
5) After adding all products click on “Checkout”
5a)    If you already have an account enter your “Bill-to Address” and “Ship-to Address” (Note! “Ship-to Address” cannot be a post box)
6) Enter “Payment Information”, e.g. your name, an internal purchase or reference number (Note! An invoice will be sent to the “Bill-to Address” at the time of delivery)
7) Choose “Shipping Method” if different from standard, “Ground”. (Note! Higher cost for faster shipment)   
8) Add comments if required
9) Click on “Submit”

Your online order has now been sent to Newport and will be handled manually by Newport personnel. A copy of your order and your purchase order number will be sent to your e-mail address as soon as the order has been processed. If anything is unclear Newport will contact you as soon as possible.  

NOTE! The Newport web shop will successively be updated and hence above procedure can be changed without notice.  So if you face any problems while placing your online orders don’t hesitate to contact Azpect Photonics!

Additional Important Information

For first time online orders made by your Company/University Newport will check your credibility The credibility check takes approx. 1 week and during that time Newport will hold your order.

Online orders can be placed in following of the Nordic countries: Sweden, Denmark and Finland.

You will be invoiced in EURO.
